    Practical Home Support

    Practical, flexible, hands-on help to keep your household ticking along, so you can rest, recover and catch a breath - because caring for the home is caring for parents.

    This can include:

    Nesting and pregnancy support

    Laundry and everyday housework

    “Have you eaten?” check-ins, cups of tea and water bottle top-ups

    Errand and Click n Collect runs

  • Nutrition & Nourishment

    Nutrition & Nourishment

    Practical food support to help you and your family stay fuelled, and take one thing off your mental load - always flexible and led by what works in your home.

    This can include:

    Meal planning and prep that fits busy households

    Simple, nourishing postpartum snacks

    Support with solids and baking for older children

    Creating meals and snacks that support whole family wellbeing

  • Emotional & Feeding Support

    Emotional & Feeding Support

    Holding space to be heard, held and supported through the emotional realities of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood.

    This can include:

    Trained peer support for postpartum wellbeing, overwhelm, and adjustment

    Matrescence-informed support through identity change and life transitions

    Light, practical support around feeding and settling when helpful

  • Baby & Child Care

    Supportive, in-home care for babies and children, creating space for parents to rest and be supported too.

    This can include:

    Caring for your baby while you rest, eat, shower, or step out briefly

    Gentle support with feeds, routines, and early newborn care

    One-on-one time with older children, offered by experienced ECE carers

We believe this support is essential and should be available to everyone - and while we aim to keep our pricing as sustainable as possible, support shouldn’t be a privilege.

Thanks to our amazing community, we have a limited number of koha fund sessions available, which can fully or partially cover in-home support.
